You can enjoy fine cuisine at Clos du Tay by reserving a table d’hôtes for a gastronomic meal.  This can be arranged for an evening or a lunchtime.

 

We carefully select and source the ingredients from local producers.

 

Caroline is an inventive cook: spices, flowers, seaweed and plants have all featured in her recipes.  Our menus and dishes evolve with the seasons, as well as with what the local markets have to offer. 

 

To accompany our dishes, we invite you to share our chosen wines and ciders from Brittany, the Loire, the Southwest and Burgundy.  As apéritif, we serve homemade cocktails made with our elder or sloe liqueurs.

 

Such a range of flavours provokes lively culinary discussion, allowing us to share in our visitors’ gastronomic experiences. 

 

Some of the local produce and ciders and wines that you enjoy at the Table d’Hôtes are available to buy from us.

 

We offer our a menu at €27: this consists of apéritif, starter, main course, dessert, and wine.
